Cindy Arnold is the director of our preschool ministry. In addition to her responsibilities at First Baptist St. Charles, Cindy works full time at Emge Elementary School in the Fort Zumwalt School District, where she is a paraprofessional working with special needs children. Cindy and her husband, Mike, have three children; Ryan, Megan and Sergey, their adopted son from Russia.
